Psychodynamic Psychotherapy in Central London

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I work with adults facing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, suicidal thoughts, struggles with self-esteem, relationship challenges, or family conflict.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. You may be here because of anxiety, depression, or difficulties in your relationships or family life. You may be experiencing a loss, a transition, or a sense that something feels 'off' or stuck.

I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore these feelings and begin to understand the patterns that may be shaping your life.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy looks at how early experiences and unconscious processes influence our present. By exploring these deeper patterns, therapy can help bring clarity, understanding, and new ways of relating to yourself and others.

I offer both open-ended psychotherapy (ongoing, without a fixed end date) and short-term psychotherapy (focusing on a specific issue over an agreed number of sessions).

If you are thinking about therapy, the next step is often to arrange an initial meeting. This is a chance to get a sense of what it might be like to work together and to think about whether psychotherapy could be helpful for you.
